PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN, BARE NAILS          
     
If you have a previous Gel-X set or any polish on, let me know beforehand and book a fill or removal alongside the service to account for the extra time. (I will NOT fill or remove extensions that I didn’t do. Regular nail polish or a simple gel removal is fine.)

$10 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
       
A $10 non-refundable deposit will be required for your appointments and will be applied to the total cost of the set at the end. Once I receive the deposit, I will disclose my address and officially confirm your appointment.  

NO EXTRA GUESTS
       
My studio is very small! Please make sure it’s only you coming to the appointment. Not only is this a safety concern, but it’s also my personal space, and I want to maintain a
calm, clean energy, and make sure everyone is comfortable.  


10  MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
       Please let me know if you’re running behind. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If 10 minutes pass and there is NO CONTACT between us, your appointment is automatically cancelled.  CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

REFUND/REPAIR
       
If there’s an issue with your nails, I offer fixes within 48 hours. Anything after that window is $5 per nail. Once you leave your appointment, you cannot get a full refund. PLEASE speak up while I’m working so I can make sure you are 100% satisfied with your set before you go, and we can avoid complications down the line.

NAIL HEALTH
       If you’re dealing with lifting, breakage, or infection, let me know — I’m here to help, not judge. I am NOT a doctor, but I know when to recommend you to one. If there’s a reason I can’t provide a service, I will direct you towards people who can help.

PAYMENT METHODS
       
Cash is always preferred, and I also take Venmo or Zelle.
